| CTRI is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba,
Canada. We provide professional training and consulting services for individuals, schools,
communities and organizations affected or involved in working with issues of crisis and
trauma. |

| Randy Grieser, MSW, RSW -
Director Randy is a Registered Social Worker who
holds a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor degree in Conflict Resolution.
Prior to founding CTRI, he worked directly with issues of crisis and trauma while being
employed in the areas of mental health, counselling and crisis management within
community, school and hospital settings. Randy is a dynamic presenter who delivers
content oriented presentations that are both engaging and informative. He also
provides the over-all direction of the development and delivery of CTRI's workshops and
services.

Paul
Carrick, MSW, RSW Trainer and Consultant
Paul has over a decade of experience working in the areas of trauma
counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution and domestic abuse. He is a
Registered Social Worker and holds a Master of Social Work degree, a Bachelor degree in
Criminology and is completing a Certificate in Conflict Resolution. In addition to his work with CTRI, Paul provides
counseling in a private practice and works for a community health organization. His diverse work experience and background, combined
with his engaging presentation style, allows him to consistently communicate effectively to client
needs. Paul facilitates CTRI workshops and services in the areas of crisis response,
trauma, mental health and suicide. |

Kimberly
Enns, MSW, RSW Trainer and Consultant
Kimberly is a Registered Social Worker and
holds a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor degree in Psychology. Besides her work
with CTRI, she also works as a clinician with high needs children and youth. Kimberly
draws on her work as a crisis counselor and social services case manager to provide
energetic, enlightening presentations. Kimberly facilitates CTRI workshops and
services in the areas of crisis response, trauma and self-harm behaviour. |

David Braun, BA
Trainer and Consultant
David is a Certified Mediator who holds
Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Conflict Resolution and is working towards his Masters
degree in Psychology. David has considerable
experience working with various conflict situations. He
has taught extensively about violence and conflict resolution, along with doing
interventions in diverse organizations. He is
an exciting and informative trainer, whos perceptive and practical insights empower
clients and workshop participants. David facilitates CTRI workshops and services
related to violence and conflict. |

Wendy Loewen, BA,
B.Ed Trainer and Consultant
Wendy has Bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Education. She is a dynamic and engaging presenter, who
delivers material in a format that maximizes the learning potential for both youth and
adults. She is a former teacher, who
besides providing services through CTRI, is also a curriculum writer for the Nunavut
Department of Education where she has developed courses such as Peacekeeping and Healthy
Relationships. Wendy facilitates CTRI
workshops for youth and adults in the areas of bullying, conflict, violence and
communication. |

Heidi
Martens Office Manager
Heidi
brings her invaluable experience to CTRI in offering friendly, responsive and client
centered services. She is primarily involved in coordinating the administrative
activities and programs of CTRI.

Katie
Friesen Client Services Representative
Katie
has a strong background in providing timely and personable services to clients. In her role at CTRI, she is usually the first point
of contact for clients. Her primary role is to
respond to client queries for services.
