Randy Grieser, MSW, RSW - Director

Randy is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor degree in Conflict Resolution. Prior to becoming the Director of CTRI, he worked directly with issues of crisis and trauma while being employed in the areas of mental health, counselling and crisis management within community, school and hospital settings. Randy is a dynamic presenter who delivers content-oriented presentations that are both engaging and informative. As Director of CTRI, he provides the over-all direction of the development and delivery of CTRI's workshops and services.

Cindy Rublee, MA – Director of Client Services

In her role at CTRI, Cindy provides direction in the area of marketing and client service support.

Heidi Martens - On-site Training Coordinator

Heidi brings her invaluable experience to CTRI in offering friendly, responsive and client-centered services. She is primarily involved in working with schools, communities and organizations who wish to utilize CTRI's on-site services.

Delayne Hogan - Public Workshop Coordinator

Delayne has a strong background in providing timely and personable services to clients. Her primary role is to respond to client queries regarding details related to our public workshops.
