Conflict Resolution Strategies (1 or 2 day)

Sometimes stress, personality differences or other precipitating factors can lead to conflict between individuals or within an entire group. Many conflicts would not spiral out of control if people used conflict resolution techniques that are easy to learn and utilize. This workshop will teach participants to understand the dynamics of conflict and be able to respond confidently when faced with difficult situations. Through exploring the mediation process, participants will gain an understanding of how to work with disputing parties to identify interests, clarify issues and work towards options for resolving the conflict.
