In addition to his private practice, Randy is the Director of the Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute Inc.

Kimberly Enns is a Registered Social Worker, holding a Master of Social Work degree. Her background includes clinical case management and trauma counselling with children, youth and adults. In addition to her private practice, Kimberly facilitates workshops regarding self-injury and disordered eating through the Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute Inc.

Carl holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has worked in the field for 18 years. Drawing on awareness of trauma and attachment, he works to understand our internal blocks and connect people with themselves and each other. In addition to his private practice, Carl also teaches in the field and is a consultant and trainer with CTRI.

Vicki has over 12 years experience working with couples and families on a variety of issues and has had specialized training and experience working with trauma. Incorporating recent developments in understanding how trauma affects the brain and nervous system, Vicki has a particular passion for working with people on regulating and resolving the impact of trauma.
