Frequently Asked Questions
Q - What time do public workshops start?
A - You should plan to arrive between 8:30 and 8:55AM on the first day of the workshop for registration and check-in. The workshop will start at 9:00AM and finish around 4:00PM. Regular breaks are scheduled throughout the day. Participants are on their own for lunch from noon to 1:00 PM.
Q - Where is the workshop location?
A - Go to Public Workshops and view the workshop you are attending. The workshop location can be found there, alongside other workshop information.
Q - How many participants are in each workshop?
A - To better facilitate group interaction, participation is limited to 60 participants in most workshops. Attendance usually ranges from 30-60 participants.
Q - What workshops are coming next?
A - Our winter-spring schedule is posted in November and our fall schedule is posted in July.
Q - How will I know CTRI received my registration form?
A - We will contact you within 10 business days to confirm receipt of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact our office.
Q - Will I receive a certificate?
Q - How can we offer a workshop in our community/school/organization?
A - Often it is more cost-efficient to bring us right to you. Contact us at info@ctrinstitute.com for more details and a fee structure.
Q - Are you available to do a training on a specific date?
A - We attempt to work with you to secure a trainer for your training date preference, but sometimes we need to look at alternative dates.
Q - How far in advance should I book a date for on-site training?
A - In an effort to secure mutually agreed upon training dates, it is best to contact our training coordinator 2 to 3 months in advance of when you wish to have the training. However, we can sometimes find availability on short-term notice.
Q - In which regions do you work?
A - We work throughout Canada and sometimes internationally.
